The Cancer Community has spoken! ‘Empowering Change, Saving Lives’ is the new strapline of the European Cancer Community Foundation. 

Chosen by public vote at the European Cancer Summit, this phrase captures our shared mission to save lives and improve the well-being of everyone touched by cancer. It reflects our commitment to breaking down barriers to high-quality cancer care and ensuring access for all. 

After an extensive brainstorming effort, the Foundation’s board shortlisted three options that best represented its vision. Delegates at the Summit and online were invited to cast their votes, helping shape the Foundation’s message. 

The winning strapline was unveiled by the Foundation’s Founder and Chairman Prof. Andreas Charalambous during a spotlight presentation at the Summit. 

We thank everyone who participated in this effort. The new strapline will feature prominently in our upcoming projects.
